SalaryOur Local Authority client based in Oxfordshire, is currently recruiting for a locum Litigation Lawyer to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
The position is due to start immediately for 30-hours per week, and the hourly rate is negotiable based on PQE.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Handling a varied caseload of Criminal & Civil Litigation matters autonomously, including undertaking attended hearings as required
- Matters may include handling and advising on judicial review proceedings in regards to housing, fly-tipping, planning enforcement and licensing, including animal and dog licenses
