Litigation Assistant/ Executive, Belfast.

Our client, a well-known local Prestigious law firm based in Belfast City Centre has a permanent vacancy for a career legal executive / assistant to join their busy commercial litigation team.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Providing assistance and support to the Partner on all legal matters within the commercial litigation team;
2. Attending with counsel at court hearings when required;
3. Preparing documentation for court;
4. Reviewing documentation and preparing summaries of relevant content;
5. Drafting letters (under partner/solicitor supervision);
6. Filing/photocopying;
7. Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Partners

The position is full-time, Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The suitable person does not need a law degree as this role is to suit a career legal executive as opposed to someone that would like to move on in a few years to become a solicitor.

Previous Litigation Legal experience is essential. Commercial Litigation is preferred but not essential.
