As a Litigation Paralegal you will have a caseload of litigated small claim credit hire cases
Working in the litigation process, you will be in prime position to ensure a great outcome for your clients, and we will be looking to you to take every opportunity to negotiate a settlement or have the best chance of success at trial.

About you:
You will have some demonstrable civil litigation experience. Preferably with experience in credit hire litigation which should include dealing with Defences, Directions Questionnaires, Notice of Allocation, Notice of Directions, Applications and Consent Orders (varied) as well as offer/risk assessment and trial preparation such as drafting of witness evidence and dealing with disclosure.
In addition to your litigation experience, we are looking for someone with excellent client care and analytical skills, to include providing written and oral advice in a clear concise manner. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
