Litigation Solicitor

Location: Basildon
Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependant on experience).
My client, a highly regarded Law Firm based in Basildon, Essex  are seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team focusing on Contentious Probate.  This role is ideal for a lawyer with 1 year PQE (post-qualification experience) or more who is looking to advance their career in a reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of contentious probate matters, providing expert legal advice and representation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Maintain high standards of client care and ensure effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation, with a focus on contentious probate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and dedication to client service.
