The Client:

The Role:
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and resolving legal disputes and providing legal counsel to clients, ensuring effective representation in court.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
-Represent clients in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration or mediation.
-Contribute to business development, building the firms presence.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
-Experience in commercial litigation / defamation / professional negligence.
-Proven background in civil litigation.
-Motivated, proactive, and able to manage a case load independently.
