Role Overview:

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be a key player in our client’s litigation and advisory team, bringing your expertise to a variety of complex legal matters.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Case Management: Oversee and manage intricate litigation cases, including contract disputes, negligence claims, and commercial litigation across various sectors
• Legal Documentation: Draft and construct comprehensive contracts, policy documents, claims, pleadings, and other court documents
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through in-depth research and understanding of their specific needs
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide accurate, up-to-date advice to clients.

As Litigation Solicitor, you’ll need:

• Qualifications: Full qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE, specialising in litigation and contract law
• Analytical Skills: The ability to dissect and analyse complex legal issues and develop effective strategies for resolution.
