Responsibilities
- Handling a wide caseload of complex commercial litigation matters
- Contentious probate
- injunctions
- Property Litigation
- negotiating and drafting documentation
- shareholder and partnership disputes
- employee disputes
- regulatory
- contractual disputes
The Candidate
- Qualified solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE in a similar role
- Technical proficiency in commercial litigation is essential
- Demonstrates experience of meeting and exceeding targetsd
- Works well as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and client care skills
