Pertemps are recruiting a Litigation Solicitor to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to civil, commercial, and employment disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in legislation relevant to litigation practice.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
