Your role will involve high quality matters from an enviable client base where you will also play a part in the growth of the business by building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Advising on commercial, agricultural, and private property matters
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Handling diverse court cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session as well as exposure to the Scottish Land Court, Lands Tribunal for Scotland and the Housing and Property Chamber. First Tier Tribunal for Scotland
In addition to showcasing relevant legal expertise, the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a diverse workload, work autonomously and collaboratively, and whilst striving to exceed the service requirements and expectations of all stakeholders.
