Research Data Scotland is a charity set up by the Scottish public sector and leading universities. We work in partnership to help researchers find and make use of data that can improve the lives of people in Scotland. We are widening the range of data available, creating new data assets and providing a single point of contact for safe, secure and effective access to public data in a trustworthy manner.
This role will ensure our system transformation and new services are fit for purpose. You'll plan, co-ordinate and deliver engagement activities, linking internal teams to our network of system experts and researchers in the data-science landscape, monitoring engagement activities, including value and impact.
User engagement informs service, content and interaction design so our RDS services work brilliantly for system administrators and researchers.
