Description
ASA Recruitment is a multidisciplinary recruitment agency. Our client, who operates in the public sector, is looking for a Project Support Officer who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment. You will be working alongside agile project managers, product owners and the wider teams.
The role involves tracking the work of the team, using data to provide high-quality progress reporting, assurance control, financial tracking, information management, risk tracking, change control and administrative support.
What you will be doing
- Management and administration of finance processes
- Tracking delivery progress
- Support the lab lead
- Maintain the lab compliance
- Facilitate meetings
- Maintain lab RAID log and escalations
What we are looking for
- Experience managing project-level financial reporting
- Experience embedding governance within the team
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to improvise and adapt
- Worked previously in an Agile delivery environment
- Confident report builder using available report-building tools
Package
