Our client, a well-established commercial law firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Leeds. Responsibilities:

• Support colleagues in various litigation matters, including property litigation and insolvency litigation work.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, such as contract litigation, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes.
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate files and letters of engagement.
• Represent clients in meetings and negotiations with third parties.
• Research and analyse evidence, laws, procedures, and precedents.
• Act in accordance with professional practice rules and the firm's procedures.

Requirements:

• Newly qualified to 3 years PQE with proven experience in dispute resolution work.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care and building effective relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity.
• Possess an innovative mindset and be adaptable to change.
• Experience in business development is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Organised and methodical approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines.
