The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, offering a wide range of legal services for both business and personal needs.

The Role:

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be handling civil and commercial litigation cases, prioritising client satisfaction, and actively engaging in firm-wide marketing and development initiatives.

Duties:

- Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on client needs and satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing, article drafting, PR, and networking efforts.
- Provide expert advice on civil litigation matters including landlord/tenant and contract disputes.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor or in a similar role.
- Minimum 3+ years PQE.
- Proven expertise in civil litigation with a client-first approach.
- Strong organisational abilities and IT proficiency.
