The Litigation Team Leader is responsible for supervising a team of Legal Assistants in out Debt Recovery department who are responsible for taking on high value pre-litigated matters as well as issuing claims on behalf of the firm’s clients to recover aged debt.
The role focuses largely on day-to-day supervision of the team, conducting reviews on the legal assistants’ matters, overseeing case performance, litigation reviews and making recommendations for training and continuous improvements.
The Litigation Team Leader will also be responsible for dealing with their own matters for key client accounts and will also provide the department managers with updates on revenues recovered and performance against set KPIs.
Team Leader reports directly to the Litigation Manager.
