Litigator - Employer Liability (Personal Injury)

Achieve Professionals are currently representing a reputable Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Law Firm in their requirement for an experienced Employer Liability Litigator to join their busy team.

The firms portfolio includes high-quality non CMC work whilst providing a nurturing work environment.

Experience & Responsibilities:

• You will need experience of managing your own EL caseload, both pre and post issue.
• You must be able to demonstrate experience of managing litigated matters from inception to trial or disposal hearings.
• Portal experience required.
• Familiar with CPR, precedents, litigation trends and the ability to leverage them for client benefit.

Salary & Other Earning Potential:

• Salary up to £50,000 pa, dependent on experience
• Generous commission structure, paid monthly
