Salary Our clients (a couple) are seeking an experienced, trustworthy and hard-working live-in Domestic Couple for their 5 bedroom Villa in San Rafael, Ibiza. The residence comes with an annex consisting of 2 guests rooms.
The principals use the villa from May until September.
This role requires flexibility to work longer hours when the principals are in residence, compared to the winter time. The couple will need to manage their working time sufficiently.
Candidates must be EU Passport holders.
The principals have a property management company that handles maintenance and other related matters.
Duties include and not limited to:
Housekeeping, cleaning, and general upkeep of the villa
Preparing for arrival and departure of family and guests
Deep cleaning at the end of busy periods
All laundry including bed linen
Household errands
Overseeing and ensuring the security of the property
General handyman/groundsman tasks
Managing tradespeople to attend as needed
Gardening tasks, eg grass cutting, pruning plants, checking irrigation and watering pots as needed
Some driving of principals to and from airport and occasionally other driving duties
Other:
Confident in speaking English and Spanish
EU passport holders
Communicating regularly with the principals
Setting up and closing down the property
Salary: Dependent on experience
Accommodation: Separate 1 bedroom apartment, kitchen, bathroom and living area, fully furnished.
