A corporate communications agency working across branding, print and digital is looking for a Live Services Manager.
The facts:
You know exactly how to set up an event. From audio-visual production and sound through to lighting and video – you can bring the design to life.
You have web broadcasting technology wrapped around your little finger; you can manage video conferencing software, IP, fiber, ISDN, analogue phone lines, and satellite distribution.
You’re good at the client part – happy to help them figure out the best way to meet the communication requirements of each event (for example, presentation management and production, codecs/streaming formats, and network infrastructure). You’re also good at the managing part – budgets, timelines, technology, and logistics.
You will have the opportunity to leave a mark on the business in this role - notably through expanding the Live offer by developing new multi-media-based products and services.
You’ll be:
- Building out an offer, so you’re good at getting your ideas heard and taken onboard.
- Staying up to date on emerging tools and applications for meetings and events.
- Managing events mostly for a professional audience – VIP’s, investors, stakeholders, and other important people.
- Leading complex projects and managing the project teams.
- Working closely with the account and production teams.
You’ll have:
- 10+ years’ experience in event production.
- Good knowledge of encoding software (FMLE, Wire cast).
- Good knowledge of CSS, Microsoft Office, HTML.
- Basic knowledge of photoshop and AV editing tools.
- Knowledge of all things web streaming/broadcasting.
- Amazing foresight – you know everything that could potentially go wrong and how you’ll solve it before it even happens!
