Staffline is currently recruiting for a Livestock Financial Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Hortonwood.
Your Time at Work
Monday till Friday 8 AM - 5 PM but may require flexibility depending on business needs. 45 h.
This is a temp-to-perm role with ASAP start.

Our Perfect Worker
Main point of contact between the Livestock and Finance Teams to ensure a clear, concise process for the day to day financial operations.
- Completion of the daily Pricing of Cattle
- Managing the process of Farmer payments and balances
- Ensuring daily cheques are printed and posted
- Validating data and processing Haulage, Commission and Collection Centre weekly payments
- Matching Market Invoices to Remittances and checking Market Dead Weights
- Checking Market Invoices to SAGE and making weekly payment
- Reconciling LPS purchases to SAGE to check no duplicate imports on a weekly basis
- Chasing Farmers on a monthly basis when any monies are owed
- Processing Contract Kill Invoices as and when required
- RPA weekly pricing report and quarterly on-site pricing audits
- Working with Lairage Office to validate information
- Focusing on continuous improvement in the department, ensuring current processes are reviewed, improved and digitalised where possible
