Job description

Hays are looking for a Loan Agency analyst to join a Bank in London on a contract basis for an initial 6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities will include

  • Documentation driven processes
  • Work with Section Head to transition remaining portfolio to new pricing
  • Liaise with borrowers/lenders on Libor transition
  • Review and present documentation for voting
  • Manage the implementation of the documents driving new pricing.
  • Maintain records reflect the processes followed
  • Loan agency documentation review and commenting pre signing


Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Agency/Loans Business Experience
  • Knowledge in Corporate Finance and Project Finance
