Job description

with the HR IT Leadership Team and wider Colleague Experience estate, Global Service Owners, Procurement, Legal and our Vendors to ensure all contracts are executed and compliant across the HR estate.
Key Accountabilities:
• Planning the annual, quarterly and monthly delivery of the HR technology vendor portfolio
• Collaboratation with Procurement and Legal to ensure that contracts are progressed and delivered according to appropriate timelines and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintains working relationships with Procurement, Legal, IT COO-Corporate Functions and the HRIT Leadership Team to ensure that contracts are enforced by managing risks including regulatory compliance, reputational risk and financial crime risk
• Ensuring all Third Party Risk Management Tasks are completed within global tools
• Co-ordinate Service Management Reviews between Vendors, HRIT Leadership Team and Global Service Owners across the HR Technology landscape to monitor Service Level Agreements including Key Performance and Risk Indicators
• Maintain effective tracking of external spend and cost management with all Vendors across the HRIT Estate including invoicing and payments
• Identify areas of streamlining contracts based on services, headcounts, sustainable saves and the commercial position
• Governance and Reporting (Financial, Risk and Third Parties)
o Monthly / Quarterly reviews with internal & external stakeholders
o Monthly third party risk mgt metrics consolidated and reported on and tracked in various forums
o Presenting monthly dashboards on Third Party spend and vendor contracts
• Procurement
o From original request to signature - working with procurement, stakeholders, legal and finance to write contracts and negotiate them
o Vendor tracker capturing all renewals, new business and tracking spend and forecasts
• Third Party Risk Mgt
o Managing all HRIT engagements to ensure are compliant and mitigating any risk controls
o Attend weekly forums with offshore Third Party Risk Management hub and Enterprise Technology Third Party Risk Officer
• Solution Planning
o Present at Change and Delivery forum weekly
o Manage all small change requests across towers from impact assessment to delivery
o Presenting monthly dashboards for HR Technology Change Delivery
o Facilitate SaaS vendor releases across towers
Knowledge & Experience:
• Good knowledge of Procurement and/or HR services.
• Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group
• Strong excel/data analysis required for dashboard reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills including liaising with colleagues at many levels with the Bank and external hosted vendors.
• Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills
• Delivery-focused with ability to pay attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required levels of quality
• Evidence of dealing with confidential and sensitive information or issues
