Secretary X 2

Two Temporary Secretaries Immediately required for roles within the Haematology and Rheumatology Departments at the Ulster Hospital Dundonald.

This position will involve word processing, audio typing, minute taking and diary management and a range of office duties For this role a RSA Typing qualification would be advantageous, previous work as a secretary or audio typist work be beneficial.

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and will last for approximately 3- 6 months with the possibility of extension with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour.

What We Require For This Role:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a secretarial

• GCSEs including Maths and English Grade C or above
