Primary Responsibilities:
- Validate asset information for accuracy and alignment with the system accrual.
- Scrutinize invoices related to warehouse, asset-specific financing, and subline lending, ensuring concordance with the system of record.
- Examine and record monthly and quarterly remittance information in the system.
- Obtain approvals and draft wire memos for Borrower draws, counterparty expenses, and intercompany funds movement.
- Reconcile daily cash activity with system-recorded transactions.
- Review pre-closing investment loan documentation and aid in the initial onboarding processes for new real estate investments.
- Input and upload transaction activities related to loan and debt ownership transfers into the system for new securitization closings and repurchase obligation/warehouse lending activity.
- Assess loan modification and maturity extension documentation, recording new terms in the system.
- Directly engage with Asset Managers, Servicers, and Banking Counterparties.
- Prepare documentation for internal workflow submissions concerning subline borrowing, new asset onboarding, and new wiring instruction onboarding.
- Monitor monthly cash receipts for investments and conduct preliminary reviews of asset and liability performance on a month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred.1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Loan Servicing, or Real Estate.
- Strong adherence to high standards and the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
