Primary Focus
The candidate will be part of the Business Operations Team with a fundamental focus on promotional marketing campaigns for International. Execution of campaigns based on business requirements, data insight and consumer intelligence. Candidate will work on the creation of promotional marketing campaigns based on consumer wants and needs, utilizing core data and business KPI’s.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of offers, vouchers and general account operations across multiple workstreams i.e. Partnership Offers, Internal Giveaways
- Create promotional vouchers based on business requirements, data insights and consumer intelligence
- Hands-on development of campaigns including creation of offers within custom catalog (CATS) voucher codes within internal tooling system (VM), campaign flow builds, testing and tracking end-to-end via custom tooling (SIGMA)
- Assisting with Bulk tool operations management for large scale customer processes e.g. extension of offers, bulk cancellations, via internal tooling (CST)
- Work closely with the Manager to help define and deliver reporting requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with several teams both inside and outside of Business Operations
- Contribute to the attainment of departmental KPIs and objectives
- To develop a strong understanding of Partnerships and Marketing technology infrastructure, offers constructs, and market complexities and limitations
