My client is looking for a Local Technology Support Administrator. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the employees at the University. This individual will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Day to day you will be prioritising workload on the help desk. Qualifications Knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and mac-OS. Familiarity with office productivity software and collaboration tools. troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise workload This role is 100% on site in Brighton. The role has opportunities to progress into a lead/manager role This role is up to £23,000 Please note sponsorship can't be provided
