Hunter Gatherer AHP is looking for a highly experienced Biomedical Scientist to work with our client in Leeds. This is a 6 month contract with likelihood to be extended, requiring an excellent up-to-date knowledge of Blood Transfusion.
* Job Title: Blood Transfusion Biomedical Scientist - Band 6/7
* Location: Leeds
* Duration: 6 month contract
* Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
* Start Date: ASAP start ideal
* Rate of pay: £25 - 30 DOE and Banding
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* Current HCPC Registration
* IBMS Accredited Degree
* Experience working within a Blood Transfusion laboratory
* At least 12 months UK experience in a lab
Working hours and contract duration:
This position will require Monday - Fridays, however if someone has the flexibility to over out of hours (weekends/lates or nights) this would be preferable. The contract will be for a 6 month period with potential to be extended.
