Locum Histology Biomedical Scientist Band 6 - Watford

My client based in Watford is looking for experienced Band 6Histology Biomedical Scientists, for locum contracts starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

• Mon - Fri
• Shifts From: 06:00 - 19:00
• 37.5 hrs p/w
• The primary task within this role is Microtomy
• This role requires a good level of laboratory experience and familiarity working in a fully digital pathology lab.
• Our client is looking to take on BMS' who require as little training as possible

Requirements:

• HCPC Registered as a Biomedical Scientist
• Embedding
• Microtomy
• Cut 35 - 40 Blocks/hr
• Dissection experience
• Performing Special Stains
