Locum Planning Solicitor - South Coast

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority based in the South-West who are seeking to hire a part-time planning lawyer on a locum contract for 6 months. Planning committee attendnace is once a month, aside from that the role is fully remote.

The assignment will be for 10-20 hours per week, which can be conducted remotely, outside of core hours.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 5 years PQE,

- Be able to attend a monthly planning committee in person,

- Have previous experience with s106s, planning committees, and enforcement,

- Be experienced working in the public sector,

- Have two employment references available upon request.
