The Opportunity
We are partnering with a friendly, long-established practice to source a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive. Our client will consider someone working on a fully remote basis.
This assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration 3 month with potential to extend beyond this point. The ideal locum will be looking to assist 4-5 days per week, however candidates seeking a different working pattern are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum will manage a caseload of Private Client matters including:
- Drafting and advising on a range of wills
- Probate
- Estate administration
- LPAs
The Locum Private Client Solicitor will benefit from secretarial support.

Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience handling busy and varied Private Client caseloads
- Ability to work self-sufficiently and hit the ground running in a locum role
