To support the Senior Property Lawyer in ensuring that the Council receives cost effective high quality property related legal advice, and in providing an advisory property and regeneration service.
To ensure that all such work is carried out to the requirements of relevant clients and to appropriate professional standards
Need thorough up to date knowledge of all aspects of property law including residential and commercial conveyancing and development agreements
