SalaryLocum Residential Conveyancer - Cardiff - £30-£40per hour
A locum opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive to assist a firm in Central Cardiff.
The successful candidate will be required to handle a full Residential Conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4+ years' experience.
As a locum you can work on a hybrid basis, splitting your week between office and remote working or be fully office based.
The firm are open to considering candidates on a full time or part-time basis.
Ideally, you will be able to start at short notice and can commit to a 2-3 month assignment, with the potential of being extended.
This role is Outside IR35.
