We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Conveyancing Department in Coventry. Based in the heart of the town centre, this legal-500 practice are considered among the foremost conveyancing teams in the West Midlands, and as such enjoy a steady & reliable source of work to go along with the reputation of a firm of this standing. 
A perfect role for a highly motivated, organised, and hard working legal professional to join a highly respected, busy and experienced team, and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients in an array of conveyancing matters.
The role will typically consist of:

• Dealing with house sales and purchases through to completion
• Re-mortgages
• Developments and plot sales
• Transfers of equity

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience handling Residential Conveyancing transactional work. Experience of business development and the ability to forge relationships with new & existing clients will also be essential. 
There is scope for progression within the department and a clear pathway to developing into a position of leadership.
