The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Manager, you will take charge of a wide spectrum of newly built property matters from overseeing sales, purchases, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, to handling lease extensions.
You will be responsible for the seamless management of the transactions from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage a diverse caseload, focusing on newly built property transactions for a smooth and successful process.
* Maintain direct and proactive communication channels with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure clarity and progress.
* Foster and nurture professional relationships to drive ongoing business growth.
* Achieve and surpass financial targets, contributing to the firms success through generating a substantial fee income.
* Implement and uphold streamlined systems and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Conveyancing Manager, or in a similar role, overseeing property transactions.
* Proven expertise in effectively managing transactions concerning newly developed properties.
* History of aiding, supervising, training, and fostering the growth of support staff.
* Comprehensive understanding and application of conveyancing practices and procedures.
* Proficiency in IT, encompassing adeptness with web-based case management systems.
* Reliable history of consistent billing and commendable financial performance over time.
