Your responsibilities for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role may include:

• Running your own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases and sales and remortgage matters


• Liaising with clients and generate fee income


• Providing supervision and support for the wider team members


• Taking part in business initiatives and networking opportunities


• Providing sound and professional advice to clients


• Managing the preparation of documents and correspondence


• Maintaining and developing your own client base

The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years' PQE within Residential Conveyancing, has excellent client care skills and is able to work well both as part of a team and independently.
