Our client is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a Logistics Administrator. Working in a company who offer bespoke services for their clients, this is a fast-paced environment.
Utilising your communication skills and attention to detail this position consists of 40 hours per week 08:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday.
Duties of the role:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming queries via calls and email.
- Coordinate imports and exports through liaising with external suppliers.
- Ensure accurate documentation is completed as required.
- Maintain meticulous records recording all imperative information.
- Adhere to all relevant compliance.
- Resolve all issues relating to logistics, transportation, import, export and customer queries.
- Provide support to additional departments.
You must:
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office packages including Outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisation.
- Be keen to learn and develop your skills within the role.
- Show adaptability and be able to work well under pressure.
- Work well within a team.
Experience within logistics would be advantageous but is not required.
Based outside of Bicester this position offers 24,000- 26,000 per annum.
