SF Recruitment are supporting a Global leading building services business in recruiting for a a Logistics Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis in Halesowen.
Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00) 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £23,000 p.a. - £25,000 p.a. + £1000 bonus + year end pay review + Health Care Cash Plan + death in service (x3 annual salary) + Gym Membership + EAP system + Pension + Holiday.
The Role:
- As the Logistics Logistics Administrator you will support the efficient and provision of excellent customer services.
· Liaise with and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
· Carry out forecasting of all finished goods using tools and systems available and within company procedures and work instructions with a view to consistently and timely identification of purchase requirements.
· Ensure all records are maintained in appropriate electronic files.
· Enter purchase orders and requisition information into supplier systems and/or raise purchase orders on suppliers.
- Purchase orders, order processing.
- Administrative tasks.
The Candidate:
As the successful candidate for the Logistics Administrator position, you will have the following:
- Proven experience within a Logistics or Administration role.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
- Industry experience within Manufacturing, Building, Construction or DIY industries would be desirable but is not essential.
