Role: Warehouse Administrator- Late Shift
Duration: Permanent – Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week – 1:00pm-9:30pm (30 minute paid lunch break included)
Salary: £11.44 per hour + late shift allowance of £5 for each full shift worked.
The main duties of the Warehouse Administrator will include:
· Answering all incoming phone enquiries.
· Data entry.
· Goods in, checking and receipting of goods both third party and internal.
· Preparing pick sheets, replens & putaways for the warehouse operatives.
· Checking internal stock movements and organising general stock counting of the warehouse stock.
· Liasing with the customer on all queries for example but not limited to:Shortages, delivery notes, collection paperwork, damaged stock.
· Monitor booking in system, confirming collections & deliveries.
· Supporting the warehouse team with general queries.
· General filing, printing labels, manifests and paperwork.
· Confirming deliveries with drivers.
To be considered as a Warehouse Administrator, you will need:
· Proven administration and communication skills.
· Experience of working in a warehouse administrator role is essential.
· Experience working with warehouse management systems is essential.
· The ability to process orders rapidly and accurately.
· Attention to detail with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
· To be quick to learn with a can- do attitude.
· Experience of strong performance when working in a busy and deadline driven environment.
· A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office.
· A minimum of C-grade and above GCSE English and Maths.
We have overtime available at weekends which we encourage all members of staff to take part in, this is paid at increased rate.
