Administrator/Scheduler - Temp to Perm
Salary: £12ph + Holiday Pay + Free Parking
Hours: Full Time, 8.30am - 5pm
Location: Oldbury
Our lovely clients based in Oldbury are looking to recruit a Scheduler/Administrator. This is a temp role with the potential to go permanent. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5pm and to start asap. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working within an office, good customer service and organisational skills.
Main Duties
- Keeping the system up to date with client visit dates
- Data entry
- Scheduling audit visits
- Liaising with clients/auditors re date changes
- Any other admin tasks required by the Regional Manager
