SalaryCome and support a specialist manufacturing company working with high end clients, based in the Logistics team. This role involves organising and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers, surveyors, and site teams. You will be handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient and timely operations. The right person for the job will have the ability and willingness to learn, and training will be provided.
LOGISTICS ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Performing general administrative tasks including filing, answering emails, and phone calls
- Maintaining and organising records of site photos and other documentation
- Arranging site appointments ensuring they are scheduled within the allocated time frame
- Coordinating with customers and surveyors/teams to find mutually convenient times for appointments
- Confirming and communicating appointment details to all relevant parties
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensuring clear and timely communication between customers, surveyors, and site teams
- Communicating schedules and any changes to the site teams efficiently
- Monitoring and adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate any last-minute changes or emergencies
LOGISTICS ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Basic level Excel knowledge
- Minimum of 12 months of administration experience
