Search Commercial Division are currently representing an innovative and growing business within Leeds, who are looking for a dynamic and efficient administrator to join their small team up North!
A great opportunity to gain more knowledge and experience within import/export and freight management on an international basis across Europe and the rest of the world. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will require a keen eye for detail and an ability to think on your feet. If you like to problem-solve, this could be the ideal role for you.
The Key Duties of the Logistics Co-ordinator

• Dealing with road freight (trailer) shipments import and export (in and out of Europe). Arranging UK customs clearances, chasing deliveries to customer, dealing with customers and haulage companies.
• Sending, processing, and chasing invoices
• Requesting quotations
• Arranging airfreights, customs clearance, deliveries
• Arrange deliveries
• Screen and direct telephone calls
• Obtain updates from airlines, shipping lines and hauliers for delivery updates
• Maintain and updating customer spreadsheets
• Tasks as requested by the Commercial Manager.

The Key Requirements of the Logistics Co-ordinator

• Strong Administration Background
• Ability to co-ordinate several tasks at once
• Can-do attitude and an enthusiastic approach
