As Logistics & Courier Administrator you will be using GFS and Azyra system, creating shipments, managing customer service and financial dataPrepare quotations for all types of customer requirements, both import and export and domestic traffic - in an accurate and timely mannerMaintain knowledge of legislation, political situations and other factors affecting the movement of freight.Negotiate rates with internal and external customers, and couriers, make bookingsMaximise profitability on shipment by maximising gross margin, and driving new business while maintaining service requirements.Managing quote log, gaining feedback from customers, playing an active part in increasing job conversation ratesprocessing costs and sales for courier and logistics within internal systemmaintain correspondence with EU broker within customs processes and shipping line for inbound deliveriesRequirements :
Experience of pricing for courier network products / servicesGood negotiating skillsAble to work to deadlinesOrganised, accurate and with attention to detailExcellent communication skills at all levelsExcellent customer service skillsLogistics Distribution and Supply Chain
