Luxury Art Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide a first-class consultative service to clients, creating desire and converting sales.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty and sales opportunities.
• Deliver personalized services, including private artwork showings in the gallery or at the client's home or office, showcasing art selected specifically for them.
• Utilize the CRM to engage with and build your client database, creating lasting relationships and sales opportunities.
• Curate the gallery to be consistently beautiful and inspiring, attracting new business.
• Manage and host client guest lists at artist events, creating memorable experiences and sales opportunities.

About You:

• Ambitious and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Warm, confident, and outgoing, able to create desire for artwork and facilitate purchases.
• Intuitive, engaging, and creative, able to understand client preferences and match them with the perfect pieces.
• Experience in luxury sales is advantageous.
• An art background or passion for art is beneficial but not essential.

Details:

• Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 base plus commission (Average OTE GBP40,000 - GBP45,000) based on a 40-hour workweek.
• Uncapped, lucrative commission structure, offering up to 5% of all sales made on and over target.

• 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and occasional evening events.
• 33 days of annual leave (25 days holiday plus bank holidays in lieu if worked).
