Job Objectives and Responsibilities
As a Luxury Retail Sales Associate, you will have excellent customer service skills as you help customers to explore the products available in store and assist with purchasing decisions.
You will enjoy working to sales targets, which you will achieve through delivering excellent service. Sales will be your main objective, however other KPI’s will include impeccable personal presentation along with timekeeping and attendance.
You will be trained to provide detailed information to customers, such as brand and product information that will help provide a great in-store experience. As part of our team, you will be a self-motivated team player. A quick learner, you will build a strong, comprehensive knowledge of the brands and our products and in turn be an ambassador for the brand. You will support the in-store team to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display
Being part of our Rock Star Retail Team working with brands such as Cartier, Estee Lauder, Jo Malone, Bvlgari, Chanel, Moet Hennessy, Nestle, Bacardi (to name just a few!) we will match you with a role as amazing as you are.

Engagement Details
You will obtain an Airside pass for the airport, meaning you will need to be able to provide us with a full 5 year history and criminal record check. You must also have a valid passport and have right to work in the UK.
Working for us means you will have the flexibility to work part-time / full-time to work with Luxury Brands.
Rate of Pay Range £11.50- to £13+ depending on the roles and activation
The hours can work around you and your timetable - this means you have the flexibility to choose the days, however we request regularity of availability and that shifts are honoured once booked.
You will not only get an amazing experience working for Luxury Brand but our Brand Ambassadors receive training on various brands/category.
