As a Luxury Sales Shoe Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience in a high-end retail environment. Your primary focus will be on providing personalized service to clients, showcasing a deep knowledge of luxury shoe brands, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in representing the brand and ensuring that customers receive expert guidance in selecting the perfect luxury footwear.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service based on their preferences and needs.
- Offer expert advice on shoe styles, materials, and trends to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and releases in the luxury shoe industry.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of various luxury shoe brands, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of each product to customers.
Sales and Targets:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling luxury shoes.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range to provide accurate information to customers.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive team environment.
- Share knowledge and insights with team members to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in the footwear sector.
- Strong passion for and knowledge of luxury shoe brands and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
OFFERING:
- Paying from £12- £15 per hour depending on experience (up to £15ph on Sundays / Up to £20ph on bank holidays) + holiday pay + pension contributions
- Weekly or Monthly Pay Methods, with immediate start and flexible hours per week
