MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Sales Performance
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Proactively identify and engage potential customers. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer purchases. Track and report on sales performance and KPIs.
2. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Create a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients.
3. Product Knowledge and Merchandising
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, features, and benefits.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store.
- Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and stock management.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain a client database to track purchases and preferences.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Organize and participate in client events and VIP experiences.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage and enhance client relationships.
5. Team Collaboration and Support
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Support colleagues in managing high customer traffic and peak times.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.
