Job Title: M&A Integration Project Manager
Rate: £400-500 per day (inside IR35)
Length: 6 months
Location: North London
JGA are urgently seeking an M&A Integration Project Manager on an interim, 6 month basis.
The successful applicant will have the following experience:
* 3 years in M&A Integration Project Management (ideally in contract roles).
* An understanding of corporate Finance, operational processes and IT systems integration.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Demonstrable ability to lead and coordinate integration of new businesses following a Merger or an Acquisition.
* Organised approach to Integration reporting across progress, performance and benefits.
