My client is seeking a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to support the Non Core and Legacy workstream in assisting lead efforts to manage the NCL book of work throughout 2024.
Experience in large scale, global, Legal Entity transformation/winddowns or divestment programmes is essential. Prior consulting experience also beneficial.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Entity position analysis and working with F2B stakeholders to build F2B wind-down plan to drive closure of entity
- Overall objective is Global Legal Entity Wind-down; 40+ material entities to drive rwa reduction, capital repatriation, license surrender, cost reduction and final entity closure
Desired experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Financial Services industry - within a background in Consultancy, Group M&A/Corporate Development, or Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory (Band 5)
- Experienced Project Manager: PMI, PMP or PRINCE2 qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of investment banking processes - front to back
- Strong product knowledge across various asset classes
- Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex problems for senior management
- Degree qualified, or equivalent
