SalaryA fantastic role for a Personal Tax/Private Client professional who would like to focus on and work closely with colleagues in M&A.
You will be advising businesses and their owners on all tax aspects surrounding M&A, from preparation for a sale through to deal execution and post-deal structuring.
This is a unique opportunity and as far-removed from a "classic" Personal Tax role as you can find. This is highly advisory focused and will suit someone who enjoys relationship management.
