Personal Tax Manager

Are you a Personal Tax professional that’s looking for an advisory focused role which will allow you to support some of the most exclusive individuals and families in the country?

We are working with one of the UK’s leading private client specialist that provide a full range of services to their extensive portfolio of sought after clients which includes some of the world’s most affluent firms and families.

We are now looking for a CTA Qualified Personal Tax Manager to join their team at Manager / Senior Manager level, in this advisory role. Working directly with the firms Partners, you will manage your own portfolio and have the opportunity to work with some very high calibre clients such as entrepreneurs, exclusive families and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise a vast portfolio of various personal and private clients on a range of tax issues including trusts and estates.
• Manage all aspects of your client portfolio from planning through to completion and billing.
• Manage the entirety of client tax affairs and provide a high level of support where complex tax issues arise.
• Provide advice on tax planning as well as other ah-hoc matters.
• Undertake preparation of complex tax returns and relating documents.
• Deal with HMRC in respect of enquiries.
• Review and manage the work of more junior team members, including high level review of tax computations.

You

• CTA Qualified.
• Up to date knowledge of Personal Tax regulations and international tax rules.
• Strong experience of providing tax advice and reports directly to clients.
• Have prior experience of managing your own portfolio of clients and are used to coaching and delegating work to more junior colleagues.
