Job Purpose- Manage c.150 payroll clients, both small and large across various business sectors.
- Oversee a junior payroll team member, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
- Lead client meetings and building trusted relationships, proactively handling queries.
- Work closely with the accounts preparation team to provide payment summaries and any other required information.
- Plan and process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Process PAYE payments on behalf of clients.
- Regularly audit documentation to ensure compliance.
- Full processing and management of all pension schemes.
- Preparation of CIS deduction sheets, verifying subcontractors, submitting CIS returns, CITB Levy
- Process and submit P11Ds
