Machine Maintenance Engineer - Permanent - Antrim

About the role:

You will be responsible for leading Site Maintenance function processes, providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. Duties will include:
- Responsible for planned scheduled maintenance
- Timely completion of work carried out
- Daily, weekly, monthly operator checks underpinned with safe operating procedures
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve any issues
- Check electrical and pneumatic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Implement training and education to enhance employee development
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Criteria:
- Proven experience as Maintenance Manager/ Machine Maintenance Supervisor or other equivalent role
- Strong ability to analyse, resolve and implement solutions through sound problem solving techniques
- Familiar working to KPI’s
- Ability to analyse and present data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Demonstrates leadership ability - able to counsel, guide and evaluate the work of others in a manner that motivates the achievement of company goals
- Strong organisational skills
